Quality control, from material to container
Checks happen at every stage of production, not only at the end. Your approved sample is the standard we compare against.
Six checkpoints on every order
Checklists are adapted to each product and to your requirements.
Materials
Timber, boards, fabric and hardware are checked against the specification before they go into production.
Machining and joinery
Dimensions and joints are checked against the approved sample or drawing.
Assembly
Fit, stability and alignment are checked as the pieces come together.
Finishing
Colour, surface and coating are compared with the approved sample.
Final inspection
Each batch is inspected for measurements, function, finish and visible defects before packing.
Packing check
Protection, carton marks and quantities are verified before loading.
What we compare against
- The sample you approved
- Your drawings and specification
- Your packing and labelling requirements
If your own inspector or a third-party inspection company will check the order, tell us in your quote request. We will plan the inspection date together with production and loading.
